Earlier this year, Bertel O. Steen Power Solutions AS acquired Holm Technoscan A/S and the associated real estate company HDK APS, thereby taking over the entire Holm Technoscan activity in Denmark.

Design, delivery and lifetime support of advanced power systems
BOS Power serves professional customers across a range of segments in the Nordics with design, delivery and lifetime support of advanced power systems for commercial marine, industrial and power generation applications.
Our commercial marine power solutions consists of diesel engines for mechanical propulsion systems and generator sets for diesel-electric systems, based on the well-known MTU brand. Additionally BOS Power delivers hybrid and battery electric propulsion system based on its own development.
Within the Powergen segment, BOS Power delivers a range of reliable solutions for emergency, back-up and prime power application based on diesel and gas power generation systems from Rolls-Royce Power Systems (MTU) and other leading suppliers. Advanced new technologies such as battery storage and micro-grid solutions create a complete offering for the public sector infrastructure, industry, data centres and aquaculture application.
In the construction industry segment (C&I) BOS Power delivers diesel engines to makers of forestry, mining and other construction machinery, as well as repowering solutions of rail equipment.
The local Bertel O. Steen Power Solutions companies in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark comprise of engineering, sales and marketing teams as well as extensive service/support teams and engine workshops supporting the existing customers in the region.
About Holm Technoscan A / S
Holm Technoscan was founded in 1992 by Flemming Holm and has since been a Danish distributor of MTU's products and solutions. The company's main activity is sales and service of industrial and marine engines, generators, turbochargers, nozzles and fuel pumps. The company, which is located in Glostrup, has a workshop, storage facilities and a test stand for engines. In 2019, the company had a turnover of approximately DKK 63 million and 19 employees.
